2. MUSTER AUFBRECHEN
Dass Trainer in festen Mustern und Übungsabfolgen arbeiten, ist normal. Die Spieler können dadurch Automatismen schleifen. Gewinnt das Arbeiten im Muster aber Überhand, so muss der Spieler nie denken, nie verstehen, kein Risiko abwägen und kann dadurch nicht lernen was für ihn persönlich auf dem Platz funktioniert und was nicht. Am DFI wollen wir keine Fußballroboter entwickeln, die den Ball von A nach B spielen und dem Ball dann hinterherlaufen. Dementsprechend arbeitet ein DFI-Trainer weniger in festen Mustern. Oder er bricht das Muster an bestimmten Punkten bewusst auf. Über die Arbeit in Mustern entwickeln wir also Spieler, die einen Plan oder Anweisungen verstehen und umsetzen können. Das ist essenziell für einen guten Fußballer. Zudem wollen wir am DFI die Spieler zu „Unterschiedsspielern“ entwickeln. Also solchen Spielern, die selbst Lösungen finden, kreativ sind, mutiger sind als andere und dadurch eben der eine Spieler sind, der sich von allen anderen abhebt. Genau solche Spieler wollen wir am DFI mit Hilfe vom bewussten Aufbrechen von Trainingsmustern prägen. Wir wollen Spieler, die in der Lage sind eigene Ideen zu entwickeln. Spieler, die das Spiel lesen können und schneller antizipieren als andere. Spieler, die so mutig sind ihre Ideen auch auf den Platz zu bringen. Spieler, die sich und ihr Umfeld wahrnehmen können. Spieler, die mündig sind, eine Meinung haben und diese vertreten können.
Wie werde ich Fußballprofi? Mit einem perfekten 1. Kontakt! Weltklasse-Fußballer sind unglaublich talentiert, aber eins sticht bei den meisten besonders hervor: der erste Kontakt. Der erste Kontakt ist einer der wichtigsten Fähigkeiten im Fußball und bildet die Grundlage für jede weitere Aktion auf dem Platz.
